1) Date format on all bookings and descriptions are as follows:- Day / Month / Year
2) On booking you will be sent a Malta247 Tour Ticket by email for each tour booked. You are kindly asked to print and present this ticket at pickup to the transfer driver. Please inform us at info@malta247.com should you not receive this ticket or have difficulties printing it out.
3) Bookings are to be made a minimum of 3 working days in advance in order to allow enough time for booking to be processed correctly.
4) Should further information be requested by Malta247 (such as accommodation address, passport details etc.) and information is not sent a minimum of 3 working days before tour by email to info@malta247.com then Malta247 reserves the right to cancel the booking and charge full cancellation fees.
5) Should you cancel a booking the following cancellation fees shall be applicable:
a) Booking cancelled less than 3 working days before tour 100% of cost of tour
b) Booking cancelled less than 7 working days before tour 50% of cost of tour
c) Booking cancelled less than 30 working days before tour 15% of cost of tour
6) Failure to present the Malta247 Tour Ticket at pickup may result in not being accepted for the tour. In this case guests will not be entitled to a refund so please make sure you have the necessary Malta 247 Tour Tickets on your person at pickup.
7) Malta247 and our suppliers reserve the right to alter or cancel any tour, excursion or cruise according to prevailing weather conditions.
8) In the unlikely event that guests are not picked up within 25 minutes of the stipulated pickup time (as per your Malta247 Tour Ticket) you are requested to call the Malta247 Helpline (numbers listed on your Malta247 Tour Ticket) for further assistance. Failure to do so will result in Malta247 assuming you have cancelled tour at the last minute and the above cancellation fees will apply as in point 4a.
9) Should clients not be waiting at the predetermined pickup location and time (as per Malta247 Tour Ticket) the Malta247 will assume booking is a no-show and guest will not be entitled to any refund or reimbursement.
10) Should guests turn up later that the stipulated time (as listed on Malta247 Tour Ticket) it is normally not possible to reschedule transfer to effect pickup. In such cases Point 8 shall apply.
11) The Malta247 Helpline is to be used in case of emergency and lines need to be kept free for this reason. In this respect all enquiries and requests should be directed through our website or email us at info@malta247.com.
12) Please note that in the case of refunds it is company policy not to effect any transfers to/from your credit card without detailed confirmation by email from credit card holder. Should Malta247 need to refund any amount back to your credit card you are kindly advised that this transfer may take up to 1-2 weeks to show on your account. Malta247 processes all transfers within 30 minutes of confirmation and delays are soley due to inter-bank communications.
13) In the event of a cancellation of a tour, excursion or cruise due to weather or unforeseen circumstances Malta247 will make alternative arrangements or reimburse the fare paid.
14) Malta247 shall not accept any claim to reimburse any additional expenses other than the service booked.
